As a Visual Merchandiser at Hugo Boss, I had my first real taste of customer experience design. I was hooked on seeing my creative solutions in action and how they naturally drew customers in.
What excited me even more was analyzing sales data to spot opportunities and fine-tuning my designs to drive even better results.
When I decided to transition into the digital space, UX design felt like the perfect fit—a way to blend my project management skills with my visual merchandising experience to create user-centered solutions.

Her recent undertaking of our redesign to the website navigation was demonstrated through her Champion level status of Contentsquare Analytics and her deep understanding of user behaviours which resulted in a double digit percentage improvement in our website navigation. She did this by working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders, whilst navigating some interesting curve balls.
